ABSTRACTObjective: The main aim of this study was to develop and validate analytical methods for an estimation of a combination of two different drugs byhigh performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the method is suitable for its intended purposeas it is stated in ICH guidelines.
