Objective: The persent investigation is carried out to assess in vitro antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-alphaglucosidase activity of the crude and fraction extracts of both leaf and fruits of the plant Dillenia pentagyna Roxb. (Dilleniaceae).Methods: Extracts prepared from leaf and fruits by drying and fractionation process. Antibacterial activity assessed by disc diffusion and liquid culture method. Antioxidant activity was assayed by superoxide radical scavenging capability and by DPPH scavenging capability.
