International audienceAllying theoretical reflection and personal experiences, this article analyzes oral literary speech acts among the Songhay-Zarma (Niger) and the influence that the research scholar exercises over them. In point of fact, conducting research on oral literature means, above all, contributing to the construction on interactions that we classify in the category "oral literature" and that we should perceive as co-constructions which emerge in a particular context. The situation of communication is thus considered as a form of interlocution in which one interrogates oneself on the sender and the receiver in their individual status and their social role(s).
