La production et la demande en Zirconium-89 (temps de demi-vie 78h, Emoy. β+ = 395 keV) ne cesse de croître grâce à sa compatibilité avec l’imagerie d’anticorps par tomographie par émission de positons (TEP). Via le cyclotron strasbourgeois CYRCé, nous proposons un système automatisé de production efficace de l’isotope du Zirconium avec une grande pureté radionucléique et une haute activité spécifique. Pour cela, une pièce de Niobium sur lequel a été pulvérisé d’Yttrium naturel et a été bombardé par un faisceau de proton. Les rendements de productions et la séparation chimique du métal désiré ont été comparé avec d’autres méthodes de production.
