Afin d’apporter une solution permettant la production de formes orales à des dosages flexibles et adaptables, une formulation de chlorhydrate d’amiodarone a été développée au cours de cette thèse. L’objectif est d’apporter la possibilité aux centres hospitaliers universitaires de produire à partir d’un filament et d’une imprimante FFF (Fabrication par Filaments Fondus) des formes orales au dosage souhaité. En effet, l’administration de chlorhydrate d’amiodarone chez les enfants nécessite une adaptation du dosage du fait de la grande variabilité de poids entre chaque patient.
