Dans cette étude, nous avons isolé et évalué le potentiel probiotique et l’effet barrière de nouvelles souches de bactéries lactiques contre l’entérite nécrotique du poulet de chair; une infection qui cause des lésions intestinales, mais aussi qui diminue le poids des oiseaux et entrainant dans certains cas leur mort. Le recours aux antibiotiques pour prévenir cette infection, mais d’une comme facteurs de croissance est prohibé depuis 2006 en Europe, par le règlement 1831/2003/CE.
