Malgré une amélioration de la prise en charge thérapeutique au cours des dernières années, les leucémies aiguës myéloïdes (LAM) pédiatriques sont des hémopathies graves, avec des taux de rechute pouvant atteindre 30% et des taux de survie inférieurs à 75%. Une meilleure description des anomalies moléculaires chez les enfants atteints de LAM est nécessaire pour affiner le pronostic de ces patients.
