Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Kepemilikan Institusional, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Keputusan Investasi Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, institutional ownership structure, dividend policy, and investment decisions on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study is by collecting data from complete financial reports that have been published by the company through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 212 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results show that simultaneously profitability, institutional ownership structure, dividend policy, and investment decisions on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Partially profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, partially institutional ownership structure has no significant effect on firm value, partially dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, and partially investment decisions have no significant effect on firm value
