Pengaruh Penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kondisi Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of good corporate governance effects of financial distress. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015- 2019 period. In the implementation of good corporate governance in this research using institutional ownership, managerial ownership, a board of directors, a board of commissioners, and an audit committee. Based on the purposive sampling method, a sample of 22 manufacturing companies was obtained in the 2015-2019 period. This study uses secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website in 2015-2019. The data analysis technique used in this study was logistic regression analysis with the SPSS version 16.00 for the windows program. The results showed that institutional ownership has no effect on financial distress, managerial ownership has no effect on financial distress, the board of directors has a negative effect on financial distress, the board of commissioners has a positive effect on financial distress, and the audit committee has a negative effect on financial distress.
