The purpose of this study is to determine 1) The Effect of Motivation on Outsourcing Employee Perfomance; 2) The Effect of Work Discipline on Outsourcing Employee Performance; 3) The Effevt of Financial Compensation on Outsourcing Employee Performance; and 4) Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Financial Compensation together on Outsourcing Employee Performance.
