This data was obtained from the study aimed at determining changes in parasitaemia and selected liver and kidney function parameters in NK 65 Plasmodium berghei passaged mice treated with oral coadministration of artemether lumefantrine with rifampicin, ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, caffeinated paracetamol, tea extract grapefruit juice and beer. The data comprises of percentage parasitaemia on days 3, 6 and 9 determined by microscopy using thin blood smears taken from the tail of the mice on day 3 before treatment commenced and on days 6 and 9.
