MEASURES AND VARIABLES IN DATASET The questionnaire used in the survey has two sections; Information asked on a respondent's demographics and descriptive statistics are in the first section. The measures that respondents indicated their perceptions of the research measures' items are in the second section. All the measures adopted from the existing literature on the questionnaire are with 5 point Likert scales, where one indicates the "strongly disagree", and five indicates "strongly agree." The creativity measures are from the study of Madjar et al. (2011), wherein radical creativity and incremental creativity has three items for each.
