Introduction: Stroke is one of the major causes of fatality and disability all over the world. Disabilities after stroke in substantial structure and metabolic function in the hemiparetic leg main leads to unilateral or bilateral deficit and can contribute to involvement of various systemic involvement along with musculoskeletal and neurological disabilities. Patients suffering from stroke are prone to falling down because of improper balance functioning. Their daily life activities are restricted due to hemi paresis.
