In the article, the author analyzes the program and plans of Hungary’s Presidency in the Council of Europe, a body that unites 47 countries of the continent today. This is the second presidency of Budapest in this representative European organization and, like the first time, it comes at a difficult time in terms of both the international situation and the global situation with the Coronacrisis and its consequences.
