International audienceBased on field work, one research on public prosecution and another about juvenile judges, this paper deals with a comparison between two " models " of justice. Facing the increasing pressure of management inside the courts, the two systems have answered to this pressure through different ways. The prosecution offices have partly abandoned some ideals of justice in order to develop their efficiency, whereas the juvenile courts tried to fight against theses changes.
