Manuscripts and clippings of poetry, and of music and literary criticism; photos of artwork by Nadel; a transcript of Nadel's diaries from 1941-1942; publications about Nadel; inventory of the papers of Nadel which are held by the Jewish National and University Library, Jerusalem; and various unrelated material.Also included are photocopies of manuscripts: "Der weissagende Dionysos," vol. 1: "Mythen," 199 pages; vol. 2: "Goetter," 205 pages; "Die Mysterien. In 1916, he became choir director of the Jewish community of Berlin. He is best known for his work as a musicologist, and for his transcriptions and adaptations of Jewish traditional and liturgical music. He also worked as a poet and an artist. He was killed in Auschwitz in 1943.digitize
