National audienceThis article synthesizes the result of several research programs carried out on the mobilization of the cultural resources in the territorial development processes. The patrimonial dimension of these resources questions us in what it makes emerge devices of action that allowed reinforcing the competitiveness of the territory, through the processes of specification.
