Stormwater Utilities in Georgia

Proceedings of the 2001 Georgia Water Resources Conference, April 26 and 27, 2001, Athens, Georgia.There are three stormwater utilities currently formed and operating in the state of Georgia. The City of Griffin formed the first stormwater utility in 1997. Since that time, the City of Decatur and Columbia County have formed stormwater utilities.
