International audienceWith an approach of social and cultural geography, this article examines the social and territorial dimensions of the circulations involved in the practice of Hinduism. It deals with ritual circulations performed in temples, during processions and for pilgrimages, as well as transnational circulations. By considering the spaces of the Hindu temple, the locality, the region, the nation and the Diaspora, one main result of this contribution is that circulation appears as a major component of the spatial expression of Hinduism on many scales.
