National audienceThe working environment of managers can be viewed as a technological ecosystem with more and more convergent information and communication technologies (ICT) and social and collaborative systems. Our objective is to study how the process of technology acceptance occurs in this population. By using various models and theories, we propose a systemic and iterative model of the process of technology acceptance in the professional context.
