International audienceVisual analytics are tools and methods allowing the visual analysis of large sets of movement data. We here use these methods to analyze intra-urban daily trips of individuals as well as the emotion felt by the individuals along their trip. The interdisciplinary research project ECDESUP (Evaluation, Choice and Decision in the use of Urban and Peri-Urban Spaces, www.ecdesup.org/) allowed us to obtain the data via a survey done in the town of Besançon (Eastern France).
