Open letter to the University of Maine at Orono. I wish to thank the University of Maine at Orono for visiting our area of Sinclair--St. Agatha. The thanks is in open letter form as a tactic to encourage continuity and to give impetus to this kind of community service, plus a whole hearted public thanks in appreciation to those who had the courage to cut across bureaucratic doors and titles in an effort to open a dialog at the grass roots level
