Implementasi Perma No. 4 Tahun 2019 Perubahan Atas Perma No. 2 Tahun 2015 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana Terhadap Perkara Wanprestasi Dalam Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah (Studi Kasus Di Pengadilan Agama Sragen)

This study aims to analyze the application of PERMA No. 4 of 2019 and to find out its effectiveness in cases of default in sharia economic disputes at the Sragen Religious Court. The benefit of this research is that it can serve as a study for other writers, including universities, other educational institutions and the public, on the Supreme Court's regulations in the Court. It can also serve as a guide to the applicable law as well as a guide for the wider community regarding simple lawsuits in courts, especially religious courts. The research method used was qualitative with observation data collection techniques, interviews through Sragen Religious Court Judges, and documentation. The research was conducted at the Religious Court of Sragen. The results showed that the Sragen Religious Court very well had implemented PERMA No. 4 of 2019 on the case of default in the sharia economic dispute. However, the effectiveness of the use of PERMA No. 4 of 2019 in the Religious Court of Sragen has not shown a significant increase during 2020
