Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Transaksi E-Commerce Menurut Hukum Islam Dan Hukum Positif (Studi Kasus Shopee)

In the current digital era, the development of the times is very rapid, this happens in all aspects of life in society, which are able to use technology more practically and efficiently in time and cost. The market vision of the electronic market (e-market) is a market inhabited by intelligent entities of software autonomy, trading, electronic agents representing users or their owners and conducting business on their behalf. Online trading or buying and selling can also be said as e-commerce which is one of the implementations of online business. In online business can not be separated from buying and selling transactions via the internet. Transactions carried out using electronic commerce, better known as e-commerce. Shopee is a marketplace that has many enthusiasts from various circles of society, because shopee is a mobile application, this application is an online shopping platform that is more focused on the Mobile Platform so that it is easier for people to find, shop, and sell directly on their cellphones. The research conducted in this study is empirical, intends to clearly describe various matters relating to field research and the objects to be studied. The author analyzes and describes the type of object to be studied and then conducts observations and conducts interviews with respondents who are involved in the object to be studied. In this study, we will discuss how Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia provide legal protection for business actors in electronic stores (e-commerce)
