Tinjauan Yuridis Perjanjian Pembiayaan Konsumen Pembelian Mobil (Studi Pada PT. Clipan Finance Cabang Sukoharjo)

Consumer financing activities are carried out in the form of providing funds for the procurement of goods based on consumer needs with gradual payments. Therefore, the consumer submits an application for credit to the consumer finance company to provide a sum of money to the supplier (supplier), while the recipient of the goods (consumer) is obliged to return the money to consumer financing on a regular basis or in installments. PT. Clipan Finance Sukoharjo Branch is a form of financing institution in Indonesia. As a financial institution, PT. Clipan Finance Sukoharjo Branch has business products, one of which is consumer financing. A consumer finance company is one of the consumer finance companies engaged in financing the purchase of four-wheeled motor vehicles. The approach method used in this research is the normative method, because this research will examine the legal rules regarding the explanation of the form and financing agreement as well as the legal relationship between the parties in the consumer financing agreement. This study will review the form and content of the consumer financing agreement in the agreement of PT. Clipan Finance Sukoharjo Branch with Consumers and examines the Legal Relations that arise in the financing agreement
