Analisis Strategi Dalam Penyelesaian Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus BMT Beringharjo Cabang Caruban)

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has hampered all sectors of life, including the Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) sharia microfinance institution in murabahah financing. In the distribution of self-financing, there is a risk of financing experiencing problems, financing is not smooth during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the Covid-19 pandemic, BMT Beringharjo certainly has a strategy in resolving murabahah financing that is experiencing problems. Therefore, the author is interested in researching strategies in resolving problematic murabahah financing during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy undertaken by BMT Beringharjo Caruban Branch in resolving problematic murabahah financing during the covid-19 pandemic and to find out the views of Islamic law on the settlement of problematic murabahah financing during the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by BMT Beringharjo Caruban Branch. . To solve the problem of this type of research using field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method used is the interview and documentation method. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis revealed that the strategy in resolving problematic murabahah financing during the covid-19 pandemic carried out by BMT Beringharjo Caruban Branch was the impact during a pandemic like this the BMT Beringharjo Caruban Branch carried out: (1) Rescheduling (Rescheduling); (2) Reconditioning (Return Requirements). The view of Islamic law on the handling of BMT Beringharjo Caruban Branch for customers experiencing problematic murabahah financing is in accordance with Ali'imran paragraph 76, the first principle of Islamic law is peace (as-sulh) and DSN-MUI Fatwa No.48/DSN-MUI/ II/2005 concerning rescheduling of murabaha bill financing.
