Pengaruh Struktur Modal Dan Kebijakan Hutang Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Sektor Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1) The Effect of Capital Structure on Firm Value, (2) The Effect of Debt Policy on Firm Value. The population used in this study is the Consumer Goods Sector Industrial Company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. While the sample used in this study amounted to 40 samples using the purposive sampling technique and looking at the criteria needed in this study. The type of data used is cross-sectional data because this study only uses one period and the data collection method uses secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis techniques used in this study are: Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Test and Accuracy Test of Estimating Models. The results of this study indicate that Capital Structure has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, and Debt Policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value
