This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pertamina EP Asset 1 Jambi Field – SPU Tempino. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Pertamina EP Asse 1 Field Jambi – SPU Tempino where samples were taken using the saturated sample method, with a total sample of 61 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, Coefficient of Determination).
