Gambaran Pengetahuan Hiperglikemia dan Hipoglikemia pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus di Puskesmas Karangpandan

Background: Conditions of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia if not treated immediately will cause serious complications in people with diabetes mellitus. This can be prevented by increasing one of the pillars of diabetes mellitus, namely knowledge so that patients can control blood sugar levels to remain normal. Objective: to describe the knowledge of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia in people with diabetes mellitus at Karangpandan Health Center. Methods: type of research is quantitative with a research design that is descriptive survey. The research sample was 267 samples from a total population of 621 people with diabetes mellitus. This study used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in the form of frequency distribution and percentage.
