The final assignment report of the Certified Student Internship Program discusses all activities carried out by the author while carrying out an internship at Jasa Tirta II Public Company. Certified Student Internship Program is a real manifestation of BUMN in the community and presents synergy "BUMN' present for the country" which aims to provide a true picture of work in order to create superior human resources and global competitiveness. In addition, it aims to know the working patterns in Jasa Tirta II Public Company and can be implemented well by the author. The internship was conducted for 6 months from August 14, 2020 to February 14, 2021. The basic methods used in this report are Interviews, Observations, Field Practice, and Case Studies. In this report, the author reviews the analysis of changes in Organizational Structure and Work Procedure (SOTK), due to changes in the rules of directors of organizational structure and work procedures in Jasa Tirta II Public Company that coincides in the sub-field of writers namely Organizational Development and Industrial Relations. Good SOTK is very important in the sustainability of the company in order to perform well. The results of the internship practice carried out by the author is to show positive value in working and gaining good work experience
