The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of competence, reward and punishment on the performance of employees mediated by employee job discipline PT. Putera Griya Sentosa Company. This research is a type of quantitative research. This research population is the entire employees of PT. Putera Griya Sentosa Company. This research sample is the entire population of PT. Putera Griya Sentosa employees as many as 42 employees through saturated sampling techniques with determination of samples spread to all members of the population. Then the data analysed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) – SEM with the help of software SmartPLS version 3.3.2.
