Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Komunikasi Interpersonal pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan

A prospective teacher must be able to communicate interpersonally well, but there are still prospective teacher students who experience problems in interpersonal communication. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication among students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in the Accounting Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in 2018. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 330 students from the FKIP Accounting Education Study Program UMS in 2018. totaling 142 people. The sampling technique in this study used non-random cluster sampling. The data collection tool uses a scale, namely the Self-Concept Scale and the Interpersonal Communication Scale.
