Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Untuk Mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi(Studi Empiris pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi S-1 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Surakarta dan Universitas Sarjanawiyata Taman Siswa )

The purpose of this study was to examine the economic motivation, career motivation, quality motivation, and social motivation to the student’s interest in participating in professional Accounting Education (PPAk). This study is an empirical research with descriptive method using survey through questionnaires via google form by using convenience sampling technique. These samples included 96 students, is 45 student respondents from the Surakarta School of Economic (STIE Surakarta) and 51 respondents from students of the Taman Siswa Sarjanawiyata University Yogyakarta (UST Yogyakarta). The results showed that the economic motivation and quality motivation had no effect , meanwhile the career motivation and social motivation had effect
