Pengelolaan Bisnis Jasa Cuci Sepatu pada Skala Mikro di Purwodadi

This study aims to describe the management of shoe washing business on a micro scale in Purwodadi. This study uses qualitative research type with grounded theoy method. Data collection techniques used include: interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, conclusion drawingverification. The source in this study is the owner of cucishini shoe washing business. The results of this study show that: 1. Good business planning of shoe washing services must establish tasks, deadlines, budget predictions, and indicators, aspects in the business planning of shoe washing services, namely economic aspects and technical aspects. 2. The results of the implementation can be known that the implementation of the shoe wash service business can run well if in accordance with the planning made. 3. The results of service quality can be known that the improvement of service quality is useful to support the success and progress of the business
