Hubungan Risiko Pekerjaan Manual Handling dengan Keluhan Muskuloskeletal pada Pekerja Kuli Panggul Wanita di Pasar Legi Surakarta

Manual handling activities at the Surakarta Legi Market are still done manually. This is at risk of causing musculoskeletal complaints in pelvic workers ranging from very mild complaints to very sick. Activities that are often carried out by female porters are manual handling activities such as lifting, pulling, transporting, holding, carrying, and moving goods. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between the risk of manual handling work and complaints of the musculoskeletal system in female porters in the legi market, Surakarta. The research method used was analytic observational research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 78 porters with the sampling technique using simple random sampling. Statistical test used a rank spearmen with a significant level (α = 0.05). The results showed 60.3% of respondents with moderate musculoskeletal complaints and 39.7% of respondents with high musculoskeletal complaints. While muscle complaints of all respondents (100%) experienced pain in the left shoulder, right shoulder, back and waist. For 98.72% of pain in the left knee, 80.77% of pain in the left thigh, and 75.67% of pain in the right knee. The results of statistical tests showed the value of p = 0.040
