The construction work is work that is often done in the open spaces and exposed to direct sunlight for a long time so that it can cause health problems such as dehydration and fatigue which can affect the performance of workers while working. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between exposure to hot work climate with dehydration and work fatigue in the workforce at PT PP Urban rehabilitation project Legi Market, Surakarta City.
