Perbedaan Penilaian Postur Kerja Antara Metode Rula, Reba, Dan Owas Terhadap Gangguan Muskuloskeletal Pada Pekerja Kuli Panggul Wanita Pasar Legi Surakarta

Manual handling jobs such as porters can cause hazard, one of which is awkward posture and can cause health problems such as musculoskeletal disorders. There are various methods of assessing work posture in manual handling jobs. The aim of this research was to determine the comparison of work posture assessments between the RULA, REBA, and OWAS on musculoskeletal disorders in women porter in Legi Surakarta Market. This research was used analytic observational with cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with sample size of 78 respondents. The results of the analysis of differences in work posture measurements between the RULA, REBA, and OWAS methods with the Friedman test showed that there was no difference between the three methods with p value = 0.931. The results of the analysis with the Spearman Rank test showed that there was relationship between work posture assessments with the RULA, REBA, and OWAS methods on musculoskeletal disorders with a low level of correlation. RULA method had lowest p-value and highest correlation value. The results of the work posture assessment using the RULA method obtained results of p-value = 0.014 with r = 0.278. In the REBA method, the results obtained are p-value = 0.046 with r = 0.227. Whereas in the OWAS method, the results obtained are p-value = 0.040 with r = 0.233. It is advisable for other researches to use RULA, REBA, or OWAS measurement method for work posture assessment because it has results with relatively the same output
