In this study, a technical analysis was carried out which included analysis of the belt, roller idler, roller conveyor, motor power, the moments that occurred on the input and output shafts. The driving force of this Belt Conveyor is planned to use a gear box motor that is adjusted to the results of the planningand design of the belt conveyor with a capacity of 10 tons / hour with a conveyor belt design speed of 0.5 m / s and a planned track length of 4.5 m. The design results produce a belt width of 1000 mm, belt weight 6.16 kg. which produces a maximum stress of 21.71 kg. From the calculation of the idler pulley it produces a diameter of 500 mm with a pulley weight of 233.88 kg
