International audienceBy providing a mechanism of governance arising from the original Utopian socialist thinking, worker cooperative is traditionally presented as the mean to reduce information asymetries between members of the organization. Therefore, worker cooperative should provide a suitable context to social entrepreneur, who tries to ensure the decision-making power of the company employees.
