Concurrent iliac occlusion and abdominal aortic aneurysm is rare. Traditionally, the endovascular approach to these patients has consisted of aortouniiliac devices combined with femoral–femoral bypass. With improved facility of endovascular techniques, standard bifurcated endografts represent an alternative option in these patients.
