This study evaluated the impact of T2DM on time to metastatic disease in RCC, progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Patients and Methods: Patients at least 18 years of age were included in this single-health system retrospective cohort study if they had been treated at UNC Medical Center Healthcare System for mRCC between March 1, 2014 and March 1, 2019.
