The rise of non-canonical arguments and typological change in Hindi/Urdu

International audienceA significant development between Sanskrit, the earlier attested stage in Indo-Aryan and the modern stage is the emergence of "experiencer subjects" in the dative case or other obliques in early NIA (begining of the second millenium).
