Video 1.B) Human small airway epithelial cells (SAEC. n=3)Apical imaging was conducted with Keyence BZ microscope to capture cilia movement for the HBE1 cell line cultured for 1 week and for differentiated airway epithelial cells from human small airways or mouse tracheas. Ciliary movement was not visible for the cell line but was visible for the primary cell cultures, including the ability of the cilia to move particles visible on the surface. Representative videos were captured at 20X and the field of view was 720 µm x 540 µm with scaling factor of 1.1 µm/pixel. </div
