Leidinio DOI: https://doi.org/10.7220/1822-9913.2021The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Environmental Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry in Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy in 2020. The raw material of leaves and flowers of medicinal sage Salvia officinalis L. was used for the research. Analyses of dry matter, vitamin C, carotenoids, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b were performed according to the standardized methods. The data was evaluated by the method of variance analysis (ANOVA) by the programme STATISTICA. The studies revealed high levels of dry matter in the leaves, the significant maximum content of vitamin C in the flowers, and the maximum level of carotenoids, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in the ...
