Lyginamoji Lietuvos ir Ukrainos ekonomikos po 2014 iki 2019 metų analizė

The thesis analyzes the historical reasons for the secession from the Soviet Union of Lithuania and Ukraine. The processes that Lithuania and Ukraine had to go through after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the view of the economies of the two countries are also analyzed. This study was designed to analyze the two countries that were part of the Soviet Union and their work is done to overcome the crises after leaving the USSR in economic discourse. Research question: is Ukraine on the path of economic transformation from a mixed economy into a market after 2014, as the Republic of Lithuania was after the decay of the USSR. The object of research is the economic stage of development of Lithuania and Ukraine in comparative discourse. The aim of the research is to analyze and compare two economies and determine the status of the Ukrainian economy. Besides, to determine the reasons for the formation of certain processes in the economies of the two above-mentioned countries. The research conducted by the author made him conclude that the country's society plays an important role in creating the conditions for the transition of the economy from a planned to a market one. One of the main problems identified in the analysis of the two countries was the immaturity in the political and economic discourse of Ukraine for the formation of market economic conditions at the time of the collapse of the Soviet Union. Another important conclusion was the desire to separate Ukraine from dependence on the Russian market and the desire to start shaping market conditions for the market, thereby starting the process of transition from a planned economy to a market one. The researcher revealed that today Ukraine is at the stage of a mixed economy.Darbe analizuojamos Lietuvos ir Ukrainos istorinės priežastys, dėl kurių buvo atskirta nuo Sovietų Sąjungos. Taip pat analizuojami procesai, kuriuos Lietuvai ir Ukrainai teko išgyventi žlugus Sovietų Sąjungai, ir abiejų šalių ekonomikos požiūris. Šis tyrimas skirtas išanalizuoti Sovietų Sąjungos sudėtyje buvusias dvi šalis, ir jų padarytą darbą, siekiant įveikti krizę palikus SSRS ekonominį diskursą. Tyrimo klausimas: ar Ukraina yra ekonominės transformacijos kelyje - iš mišrios į rinkos ekonomiką, po 2014 metų įvykių, kaip tai buvo Lietuvos Respublikai po Sovietų Sąjungos griūties. Tyrimo objektas: ekonominis Lietuvos ir Ukrainos raidos etapas lyginamajame diskurse. Tyrimo tikslas: išanalizuoti ir palyginti mišrios ir rinkos ekonomikos bei nustatyti Ukrainos ekonominę būklę, taip pat nustatyti tam tikrų procesų formavimosi priežastis Lietuvos ir Ukrainos šalių ekonomikoje. Atliktame tyrime išaiškėjo, kaip svarbu yra šalies visuomenės vaidmuo, kuriant sąlygas pereiti nuo planinės prie rinkos ekonomikos. Viena iš analizuojamų pagrindinių dviejų šalių problemų - Ukrainos politinio ir ekonominio diskurso nebrandumas, formuojant ekonomines rinkos sąlygas žlungant Sovietų Sąjungai. Kita išvada yra noras atskirti Ukrainos priklausomybę nuo Rusijos rinkos bei noras padėti formuoti rinkos sąlygas kitai rinkai, taip pradedant perėjimą nuo planinės prie rinkos ekonomiką.
