Health education for pregnant women: circle of conversation in times of pandemic

This is an experience report about the activities developed in a UBSF in April 2021 by the “Google Meet” platform, with the participation of health students, professor advisor, social worker at UBSF and pregnant women. The Transdisciplinary Study Group on Reproductive Care (GESTAR) of the Federal University of Uberlândia contacted the UBSF in the city of Uberlândia/MG to resume activities, remotely, with pregnant women. With this, the UBSF nurse informed the schedules of the groups of pregnant women already established by the unit and the group was organized to carry out 5 interventions, namely: Myths and truths of the physiology of pregnancy, Delivery Plan and non-pharmacological methods for pain relief , Role of the companion, Care of the newborn and Reproductive planning. The group adapted to carry out these activities online and with care so that they remained interactive and welcoming.44Trata-se de um relato de experiência acerca das atividades desenvolvidas em uma UBSF no mês de abril de 2021 pela plataforma “Google Meet”, com a participação de discentes da saúde, professora orientadora, assistente social da UBSF e gestantes. O Grupo de Estudos Transdisciplinar de Atenção Reprodutiva (GESTAR) da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia contatou as UBSF do município de Uberlândia/MG para retomar as atividades, de forma remota, com as gestantes. Com isso, a enfermeira da UBSF informou os horários dos grupos de gestantes já estabelecidos pela unidade e o grupo se organizou para realizar 5 intervenções, sendo elas: Mitos e verdades da fisiologia da gestação, Plano de Parto e métodos não farmacológicos para alívio da dor, Papel do acompanhante, Cuidados com o recém-nascido e Planejamento reprodutivo. O grupo se adequou para realizar essas atividades de forma online e com o cuidado para que se mantivessem interativo e acolhedor
