In this study, a mentoring program was carried out for university students in training in STEM areas. The impact of the program on the participants was investigated, as well as the results obtained in the individual career perception. Through meetings, dynamics and discussions took place; the results obtained were analyzed by focus groups, feedbacks colected and questionnaire aplied. The results showed gains related to the increase of the perception of self-efficacy, identity, commitment and career satisfaction, as well as access to social, instrumental and informative support factors.
