Literacy: A study on the memories of students from the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Uberlândia

This present work proposes an analysis of the literacy memories of Pedagogy students at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) and aims to verify the memories of the students in question about their literacy teachers, the teaching materials used, the people present in their education, the educational methods, books, events that took place at the time and how each memory contributed to the student's education. The qualitative research enabled discussions regarding the data obtained based on the paths already traced by education. With the theoretical framework supported by authors such as Bosi (1995; 2004) and Le Goff (2002), for reflections on memories; Azevedo (1963), Mortatti (2006), and Smolka (1987), for the historical course of literacy education in Brazil; and in the observations of memories, we conclude that memories allow us to know about the students' past and the teaching received as acts that impacted childhood, in which the teacher's influence, the school environment, and literature are present in their memories.Pesquisa sem auxílio de agências de fomentoTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)O presente trabalho propõe uma análise sobre as memórias de alfabetização dos alunos de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU) e objetiva verificar as memórias dos discentes em questão sobre suas professoras alfabetizadoras, os materiais didáticos utilizados, as pessoas presentes na educação deles, os métodos educacionais, os livros, os acontecimentos ocorridos na época e como cada memória contribuiu para o ensino do estudante. A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa possibilitou discussões em relação aos dados obtidos, com base nos caminhos já traçados pela educação. Com o referencial teórico apoiado em autores como Bosi (1995; 2004) e Le Goff (2002), para as reflexões sobre memórias; Azevedo (1963), Mortatti (2006) e Smolka (1987), para o percurso histórico do ensino de alfabetização no Brasil; e nas observações das memórias, concluímos que as lembranças nos permitem conhecer sobre o passado dos estudantes e o ensino recebido como atos que impactaram na infância, em que a influência da professora, o ambiente escolar e a literatura estão presentes em suas lembranças
