Situational planning assumes the criticism of traditional planning, due to its inability to produce changes, being the self-reference of the man of action, who ultimately must solve complex problems, thus showing a tool for conducting or governing the social process in all its dimensions. Under these considerations, this article analyzes the methodical-practical model of situational strategic planning. Theoretically, it was based on Matus (1987), Alizo (2005), Alizo (2020), Zambrano (2006), among others.
