The purpose of this research was to know the perceptions of teachers about citizenship competencies and their added value, for the improvement of school coexistence. A quantitative approach was used, under the Inductive paradigm, with a non-experimental, transectional, descriptive research design. The technique used in the present study consisted of a survey, in which a questionnaire was selected as an instrument that was applied to 30 teachers from the targeted educational institution. The results obtained finally showed that the teachers consider the interaction between them and the families, students and even the community to be positive; They highlight the obvious manifestations of discrimination, along with situations of conflict, bull...
